Whether you are a member of CONCITO, a guest on our website, or otherwise in contact with us, we always collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines. 2. CONCITO's processing of personal data

Members
CONCITO collects and processes the personal data of members for a number of purposes, including:

  • Newsletter subscription
  • Participation in events
  • Sending out invitations, news, and publications
  • Processing of job applications
  • Ensuring that our information about you is up to date 

The personal data we collect about our members is name, title, company/organization, address, email, and telephone number. The information is collected when you provide it to us.

We only use your personal information to send membership offers if you are a member and have therefore given your consent. However, if permitted by law, we may contact you without first obtaining your consent. You always have the opportunity to indicate that you do not wish to receive further emails or other information from us in the future.

Disclosure
We will not disclose your information to others unless you have specifically consented to this. The information we collect from members is not sold or passed on to third parties without consent.

Deletion of personal data
Your personal data will be deleted when we no longer need to process it for the fulfillment of one or more of the above purposes. However, statistical data may be processed and stored longer in anonymized form.


Visitors to the website
Our website does not use cookies to track visitors.

Job applications
CONCITO keeps job applications for six months after a specific assessment. Consent is then obtained if we wish to keep job applications for a maximum of a further six months.

3. Security

Only those of our staff who are directly dependent on the data to perform their work have access to your data. All persons working with our membership platform are bound by confidentiality.

However, CONCITO may grant selected IT collaborators access to work systemically with the database containing personal data if the reason is related to the operation and development of our website.

Processing and storage of data are carried out in accordance with the requirements and recommendations of the Data Protection Authority and applicable legislation.

4. Your rights

You may at any time access the personal data you have provided to us. You also have the right to object to the collection and further processing of your data. In addition, you can request that we delete, block or correct the data.

You have the right to access the data you have provided to us, and you may withdraw any consent you have given at any time. We will then delete your data.
