How should we shape the future land use in Denmark
The Danish land areas are in high demand. The long-term target of a climate neutral and climate resilient Denmark requires a significant restructuring of Danish land use. Towards the end of 2024, CONCITO will be exploring what this means for the future land use in Denmark, and which choices and dilemmas we face in this green transition.

The project is financed by a three-year grant from the VILLUM Foundation. The Capital Region of Denmark is financing an additional sub-project, with the purpose of making the results of the project relevant for the region.
Reference group
The use of our land affects all Danes, and so our vision should be developed through a joint discourse across society. To address this, CONCITO has formed a reference group consisting of representatives from various sectors that have a stake in and impact on land use in Denmark. The purpose of the reference group is to provide guidance to CONCITO's analysis and ensure that the project is relevant to the multitude of interests in the landscape. It is solely CONCITO that is accountable for the project's research and findings.
