Michael Minter er programchef for CONCITOs program om fødevarer og forbrug. 

Michael er uddannet cand.scient.adm. og har lang erfaring med analyse, strategi og kommunikation på miljøområdet. Han har tidligere arbejdet som EU-medarbejder i Danmarks Naturfredningsforening, bestyrelsesmedlem i European Environmental Bureau, kommunikationsrådgiver i Operate A/S og som selvstændig konsulent i ECOPA Sustainability Consulting.

I CONCITO har han arbejdet med analyser om reduktion af madspild og fremme af klimavenlige madvaner samt været en af drivkræfterne bag Den store klimadatabase.
