Andreas er seniorkonsulent i Klimalaboratoriet

Andreas er ansvarlig for at udvikle og gennemføre projekter i CONCITOs Klimalaboratorium. Han er bl.a. projektleder for andet år af projektet ”Fremtidens grønne arbejdsmarked”.  

Andreas er uddannet statskundskaber med en master i politisk økonomi. Han har tidligere arbejdet i Skattestyrelsen, Rambøll Management Consulting og Klima-, Energi- og Forsyningsministeriet.

    Nyt CONCITO-projekt: Fra planetære grænser til planetær politik

    Sidste efterår præsenterede en række internationale topforskere den nyeste opdatering af status for de ”planetære grænser” (Richardson et al., 2023), som viste, at vi på globalt plan har overskredet seks ud af ni grænser, der tilsammen opretholder en stabil tilstand på Jorden. De planetære grænser er et videnskabeligt helbredstjek for klima, biodiversitet, havmiljø og en række andre biofysiske systemer, der tilsammen understøtter liv på jorden.

    Udfordringerne med at skaffe arbejdskraft til den grønne omstilling tegner ikke til at blive mindre fremover – snarere tværtimod. Det fremgår af en ny megatrendanalyse fra CONCITOs projekt ‘Fremtidens grønne arbejdsmarked’. Særligt klimaforandringerne, den demografiske og teknologiske udvikling udfordrer arbejdsmarkedet og dermed de virksomheder, der står til at skulle rekruttere stadig flere kvalificerede medarbejdere.
